More Than Just Flashing Modules
Most shops call us for a specific programming job — a replacement BCM, a PCM calibration update, a PATS relearn after a used module swap. That's the core AIR service. But the J2534 connection we establish gives us a live OEM-level window into the vehicle that's useful for a lot more.
Remote Diagnostics via J2534
With OEM software connected through your J2534 passthru, we can perform the same diagnostic steps a dealer's technician would run:
- Full module DTC scan across all networks (powertrain, body, chassis, ADAS)
- Live data streaming — fuel trims, injector pulse widths, sensor outputs, network voltages
- Freeze frame data and pending code review
- Bidirectional component tests — actuators, solenoids, fuel pump relay, EGR, cooling fan
- Network topology mapping — which modules are present, which are offline
This is particularly useful on a vehicle with no clear symptom or a shotgun of codes. We can narrow the root cause before you pull a single connector.
Plan-of-Attack Consulting
Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do isn't programming anything — it's telling you what to do next. A difficult vehicle sitting on your lift costs you a bay and your time. We charge a flat consulting rate to connect, review the vehicle's data, and give you a clear repair path.
Who Is Behind the Session?
Our team includes certified mechanics and engineers with decades of combined experience across domestic and import platforms. Call 610-365-3313 with the VIN and the situation — we'll tell you whether it's a standard flash, needs extended diagnostic time, or is something we can turn around in a single session.
